Incorporating her longing to be in nature with her two passions: yoga and martial arts; began over 20 years ago in undergraduate school at Georgia State University.
There she became a Volunteer Trip Leader for the Touch-the-Earth program; leading hiking, camping, rafting, skiing, horseback riding, SCUBA diving trips; and organizing environmental clean-ups through-out the Southeast.
After completing her Masters in Neuroscience from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, her passion for ancient healing practices grew stronger.
In 2010, she created YogaOnTheMove to inspire others to incorporate positive, daily ritual wherever one finds one's self on life's journey; and she coaches and certifies students interested in developing an Eight-fold Path to Yoga,
YOTM's "Yoga Warrior Spiritual Flow" teacher training program and school is a registered with Yoga Alliance,
As student and teacher living on the leading edge of life, this yogini maintains a close relationship with nature and reveres its' healing powers. Mother Earth provides her support and offers a backdrop and platform for her personal practice and business: leading yoga inspired workshops and retreats locally, nationally and internationally.
